1. The Standard Hotel check-in 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1200 Hrs. However, these timings may vary from hotel to hotel and city to city.

2. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.

3. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 Years of age to show a valid photo identity card (PAN Not valid) and address proof at the time of check-in.

4. Some hotels do not allow unmarried/unrelated couples to check-in. This is the hotel's full discretion and no refund would be applicable and Indian Temple Tour will not be responsible in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.

5. Minor Child (0-5 yrs) Child with parent No Extra Bed (6-12 yrs) above 12 Years will be Considered adult and Extra bed charges will be applicable accordingly or as per policy.

6. In the case of a Proposed/ Quoted hotel sold-out/overbooked, a similar category or upgraded hotel will be provided.

7- Wherever room category is not mentioned in the final proposal or on our website , Standard / Starting category of room will be provided.

8- Cab & Driver details will be provided 24 hours before the Trip Start and communicated on mail / phone/ Whats App as applicable.

9. All extras e.g. laundry charges, telephone bills or meals which are not included in the booking need to be settled directly by the guest with the hotel.

10. Hotels may charge a mandatory supplement on festive periods e.g. Christmas, (24-25 Dec) New Year Eve (30-31 Dec) needs to be payable directly.

11. All sightseeing will be as per the Itinerary point-to-point basis (car will not be on disposal) any extra running will be paid directly to the driver.

12. In hilly area's Air conditioning of the car will not be working (No AC in hills) you may ask the driver for the same and can pay directly.

13. Any cost escalation due to natural calamities, Traffic, Low and order issues, Political unrest, flight cancellation, flight missing, and other unforeseen situations will be born by the customer, Indian Temple Tour will not be responsible in such cases.

14. Flight, Train , Bus and Forest Safaris booking are always subject to availability and will be booked on actual with a minimum convenience fee and will not be part of the land package.

15. All Remote areas where permits are required fee will be charged as per the guidelines and always will be subject to availability.

16-All payments for International tours to be made in USD unless mentioned in other currency (Current Exchange rates will be applicable and all Exchange difference will be borne by Customer).

17- Granting visa, Inner line permits and any permits are the sole discretion of concerned authorities and respective Country, Indian Temple Tour will just facilitate/help but not be responsible for the delay, decline or cancellation.

18. If Visa, Interline permit, or any entry permit declined by a concerned country or authority, Indian Temple Tour will not be responsible and booking will be canceled as per the cancellation policy only.

19. All cancellations or modifications must be informed to Indian Temple Tour email/phone itt booking reference mentioned in it and shall be done as per the hotel / Trip cancellation policies and subject to availability and fare difference if any.

20. Cancellation fee/ Charges will be calculated on the total Package cost (before tax) not in advance./p>

21. Cancellations or amendments made directly with the hotel or supplier shall not be entertained.

22. Once a booking is modified once, it cannot be modified again and you will be notified immediately after the cancellation with the refund amount.

23. The refund shall be processed immediately post-cancellation as your payment source. However, your bank may take some time as per its processing policy.( 07-15 Days).
